“As model you’re just chucked into the fashion world,’ says Sarah Ann Macklin, a London based model turned qualified nutritionist.  “You’re judged on what you look like. Told to lose or gain weight. That your look isn’t right. And you’re given absolutely no support in how to deal with all this.”

After 12 years of experience in the industry, in addition to hearing a myriad of horror tales from fellow model friends, Macklin was inspired to found the Be Well Collective, an initiative that aims to provide both physical and mental support to models during fashion month.
